AfriÉlan Studio offers both pickup and door-to-door delivery across our service areas in Kenya.

Made-to-Order Lead Time

Most items are made to order and require 5 business days to prepare before dispatch or pickup. You will receive a confirmation with your estimated ready date once your order is placed.

Pickup Stations

You can collect your order free of charge from any of our pickup stations below:

We'll notify you by phone/WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection.

Door-to-Door Delivery

• Delivery fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and distance from our studio.
• Choose your saved address or drop a pin during checkout to get an accurate delivery quote.
• Once your order is out for delivery, you'll receive an update via phone/WhatsApp.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order anytime by logging into My Account → Orders.

Delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to fabric availability or high order volume. If your order is running behind schedule, we'll reach out to keep you informed.
