• Delivery and pickup addresses you save to your account, including the map location (coordinates) you select when placing a pin, used to calculate delivery fees and directions.
• Order details - items purchased, order status, and payment method selected (M-Pesa, cash, or card).
• Payment confirmation details relevant to your transaction (e.g. an M-Pesa transaction reference). We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or full card details on our own servers.
• Any messages you send us through the Contact Us form or WhatsApp/phone.

How We Use Your Information

• To process, prepare, and deliver your order.
• To calculate accurate delivery fees based on distance to your saved address.
• To contact you about your order status, delays, or pickup/delivery arrangements.
• To manage your account, including your saved addresses and order history.
• To respond to enquiries sent through the Contact Us page.

Payment Processing

M-Pesa payments are processed through Safaricom's Daraja API. Card payments (when available) are processed through PesaPal. These providers handle your payment details directly under their own security and privacy standards - we do not have access to, or store, your M-Pesa PIN or full card number.

Location & Maps

When you add or edit a delivery address, this site uses Google Maps to let you confirm the exact location by dropping a pin. This location is stored against your saved address solely to calculate delivery distance/fees and to guide our delivery team. Google's own privacy policy governs how the Maps service itself processes this request.

Cookies

This site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember items in your cart, and understand basic site usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site (like checkout) may not work correctly without them.

Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with:

• Payment providers (Safaricom M-Pesa, PesaPal), to process your payment.
• Google Maps, to display and calculate delivery locations.
• Our own delivery/pickup staff, solely to fulfil your order.

Data Retention

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us directly.

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, contact us using the details below.
